First, vigorously develop new building waterproof materials to improve the overall level of waterproof technology
All localities should implement the development goals and technical routes of building waterproof materials determined by the National Chemical Building Materials Industry Tenth Five-Year Plan and the 2010 Development Planning Outline, and vigorously develop elastomeric (SBS) and plastomer (APP) modified asphalt waterproofing membranes.
